1. Nature of Services (Digital Delivery Only)

All products, subscriptions, and services offered on Clear Title Properties are 100% digital and electronic in nature. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or deliver any tangible physical goods or postal merchandise.

2. Service Delivery Timelines & Methods

Delivery of all purchased services is executed electronically and immediately upon confirmation of successful payment via our authorized payment partner, Razorpay:

  • Property Ad Publishing & Extensions: Listing publication and 60-day listing activation are delivered instantly (real-time within 0 to 15 seconds) upon cryptographic signature verification of payment.
  • Buyer Anti-Spam Profile Pass:In-app messaging and contact reveal capability are unlocked instantly on the user's active account session upon payment confirmation.
  • RERA Associate Credentials & Badges: Digital verification badges and PDF ID credentials are generated and accessible via the user dashboard within 0 to 24 hours post-verification.
  • Developer Hubs & Channel Partner Kits: Master project dashboard access and brochure distribution tools are unlocked immediately upon payment capture.

3. Shipping Charges

Since all services are fulfilled electronically over the internet via our secure web application, no shipping charges, courier fees, handling charges, or postal fees are applicable to any transaction on Clear Title Properties.

4. Delivery Failure & Support Escalation

If your account has been debited but your digital listing or access pass does not reflect as active within 15 minutes due to network latency, please contact our support desk immediately:
